01 — Pressing
How we operate our presses
Present technique
We press parts on pneumatic clutch presses, chosen for their tonnage and precise control — improving both tooling efficiency and tool life.
Technology upgrades
Targeted automation is moving us from a manual workshop to a high-output plant, removing the human variable from safety and precision.
Capacity utilisation
Our pressing machines currently run at 70% utilisation. Added manpower and automation will free up capacity as our order book grows.
02 — Machining
How we machine our parts
Present technique
CNC lathes and SPMs hold the tight dimensional tolerances our customers require, across large production runs with repeatable accuracy.
Tooling for machining
Moving from tool-bar to insert machining has sharpened our finishes and cut stop-over time on high-volume orders.
Measurement
Digital instruments are mandatory on our shop floor, giving instant readouts and cutting human error out of quality control.

Bimetallic bushes
Manufactured in high volumes for the automobile and mobility sector. A share of this supply has been exported for the past three years — satisfying our export customers alongside our domestic ones.
Sheet metal components
Supplied to general engineering and automobile customers, machined in Mild Steel or Stainless Steel to customer drawings — including close-tolerance parts with tooling we developed in-house.
